Build and Run a Set

Before you begin

• Add or import every song you expect to perform.
• Check each song’s lyrics, sections, playback source, and readiness.
• Decide whether the set will use Tracks Only or Reference Versions Only. Cuevera will not switch between them automatically.

Create the set

1. Open Sets.
2. Select + Add set.
3. Enter a name, and optionally add the performance date and venue.
4. Select Create Set.
5. Select the set name to make it active and expand it.

Add and arrange songs

1. Select the + button on the active set.
2. Search for a title or artist in Add Songs.
3. Select a song to add it. Select an already-added song again to remove it from the set.
4. Close the picker and use the up and down controls to set the performance order.
5. Use A-Z only when you intentionally want to alphabetize the running order.
6. You can also use a song’s Set action on the Songs page.

Configure the set

1. Select the pencil beside the set name.
2. Confirm its name, date, and venue.
3. Choose Tracks Only or Reference Versions Only.
4. Select Save Set.

Rehearse the set

1. Open the first song or select the set’s play button.
2. Confirm Next opens the second song and Previous returns to the first.
3. Check a middle song and the final song.
4. Verify every song uses the set’s chosen playback source.
5. Test the same pedal, display, audio, and hardware configuration you will use live.

Useful controls

• The expand arrow shows or hides a set’s songs.
• Search matches set names, venues, song titles, and artists.
• The letter rail filters songs inside an expanded set; select the active letter again to clear it.
• Removing a song from a set leaves it in Songs. Deleting a set removes its running order, not the underlying songs.

You are done when

• The set information and playback source are correct.
• Every song is in the planned position.
• Previous and Next follow the running order.
• The first, middle, and final songs have been tested on the show device.
• A current Cuevera backup exists.
